Baylon is an architectural practice led by Jack Ryan, focusing primarily on residential projects across the east coast of Australia. Prior to starting Baylon Architects, Jack spent almost a decade leading major projects at two of the most recognised firms in Australia and Japan.

What sets Jack apart is his distinctive skill set. He initially started his career in the construction industry, which equipped him with a practical approach to his work. Subsequently, he pursued studies in drafting, honing his ability to communicate efficiently and effectively. Finally, Jack immersed himself in the field of architecture, fueled by an unwavering optimism that he could enhance people's lives through thoughtful design.

Presently, Jack embodies the principles he advocates by fostering collaborations with building industry experts. This approach ensures a steady hand in navigating the ever-fluctuating markets while giving back to the architectural community. One notable contribution is his involvement in educating aspiring architects at Bond University, providing valuable insights and knowledge.
